Primary care services provided at the Trafalgar Surgery ended on 31st March 2026. This decision has been made after careful consideration, following the sudden death of Dr Nadine Maniani last year. The decision to close has been made to ensure continuity of care for patients through alternative local providers, in line with regulatory requirements. Our priority is to ensure that all patients continue to receive the high quality primary medical services they have received from Trafalgar Surgery. We understand that this news may cause concern, but we would like to reassure you that there are other surgeries available who are taking new patients. We are confident that other Southwark GP surgeries can accommodate all patients currently registered at Trafalgar Surgery.
Please remember to register with a new GP practice. If this is not done within 28 days of the 31st of March the Integrated Care Board will allocate you to one. Find a GP near you here
